Job summary

Carepool is seeking drivers in Wisconsin to transport individuals with disabilities and the aging population using your own car on a flexible, project-based schedule. This role helps clients integrate better into society by providing reliable transportation and fostering trust with riders.

Rides are coordinated similarly to ridesharing, with some riders scheduled daily or weekly. You may partner with other drivers to cover shifts as needed, making a real difference in the community.

Qualifications

• Excellent personality with the ability to read people and solve problems.
• 100% clean driving record (minor tickets allowed every 2-5 years) is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have over 5 years of driving experience.
• Healthcare-specific experience and 1-year professional driving is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive clients with disabilities or aging population using your own car on a flexible schedule.
• Schedule and provide rides in a similar fashion to ridesharing with daily/weekly bookings.
• Coordinate with other drivers to cover shifts when needed.
