Job summary

Emplify Health by Gundersen Health System in La Crosse, Wisconsin is seeking a Distribution Supervisor. You will lead daily operations for about 10 direct reports, manage inventory locations and PARs, and drive process improvements to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

We value strong leadership, collaboration, and communication as you develop staff, implement policy, and partner with senior leadership to deliver reliable supply chain support for surgical services and the OR.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Experience: 2-4 years using an ERP system for inventory control and cycle counts.
• Leadership: Able to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations for roughly ~10 direct reports
• Facilitate development and maintenance of policies for compliant registration practices
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery
• Train, schedule, and support staff to ensure a productive work environment
