Emplify Health by Gundersen Health System is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to lead daily operations for a team of about 10 staff, manage inventory locations, and drive process improvements in a hospital-supply environment.

The role focuses on planning, directing work, and staff development, with a emphasis on standardization, quality control, and regulatory compliance. La Crosse, WI based, 2nd shift expected.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2–4 years using an ERP system for inventory control and cycle counts.
• Leadership: Ability to lead and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaboration: Works well with cross-functional teams and fosters teamwork.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations for roughly ~10 direct reports.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for registration practices.
• Implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.
