Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking an Assistant Director of Dining Services I to help manage day-to-day hospital dining operations in Covington, Tennessee. You will oversee patient and retail dining, coordinate catering, and lead a team of associates to deliver nutritious meals while supporting client relations and financial goals.

The role requires 3 years of healthcare food service management, CDM certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• 3 years of food service management experience, preferably in healthcare, or related settings.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or willingness to obtain within first year.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Works with the Director, Chef and management team to create nutritious, high-quality food.
• Implements new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Maintains excellent client relationships.
• Hands-on leadership; manages, trains, and develops associates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
