Job summary

Pappas Restaurants is seeking an Associate Manager for Driscoll Children's RGV under Luby’s Culinary Services. You will assist in day-to-day hospital food service operations, manage revenue and expenses, and lead a team to deliver high-quality meals and service.

You will coach staff, maintain client relationships, and ensure compliance with operations standards while working under the Director. A proactive, service-focused leader is essential.

Qualifications
