As a valued team member, you will set up dining areas, assist with meal preparation, and ensure proper food safety and dietary compliance, while embracing our focus on service excellence and caring for residents' well-being.

Qualifications

• 1 year of food service experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Basic Food Preparation Knowledge.
• Sanitation and Safety Practices.
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and Community rules, regulations, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up the dining area and trays for meal services following guidelines.
• Assist cook/supervisor with food preparation and service using specified procedures.
• Deliver residents’ meal carts and set/clean dining area(s).
• Record temperatures on refrigerators; clean and stock as needed.
• Wash and store dishes; maintain kitchen sanitation.
• Attend department meetings and complete required training.
