Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Previous institutional dietary service experience preferred.
• ServeSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas and serve residents.
• Assist cooks in preparation and service of meals.
• Follow federal/state regulations and facility policies.
• Perform cleaning duties and follow cleaning schedules.
• Wash and store dishes and manage supplies as directed.
• Follow infection control procedures and safety codes.
