• Prepare between-meal nourishments and beverages.
• Maintain a clean work area including dishes, counters, and floors.
• Follow infection control policies and dietary restrictions as required.
• Record temperatures and monitor stock and supplies.
• Operate dish machine and related kitchen equipment.
• Promote a positive image of the facility through professional conduct.
