Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Comply with facility policies, safety rules, and procedures.
• Report abuse/neglect immediately to supervisors.
• Treat residents and staff with respect and dignity.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Attend to meals per menus and physician orders.
• Manage dietary staff and budgets with Administrator approval.
• Participate in care plan meetings and uphold residents' rights.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including infection control.
