The role requires supervisory leadership, knowledge of therapeutic diets, and a commitment to patient-focused service in a full-time, five-day work week with a competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum two years related experience in food service; healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets and nutrients for resident menus.
• Strong leadership and ability to supervise diverse staff.
• Ability to communicate with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervises dietary staff in meal setup and service.
• Ensures initial nutritional screening is provided and documented.
• Provides customer service to residents and families.
• Oversees training for Healthcare Dietary Personnel.
• Maintains infection control and sanitation standards.
