Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to menus, diet plans, portion controls, and policies.
• Direct and assist with cleaning, sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Ensure proper storage of food and supplies and adhere to safety and infection control policies.
• Review diet changes and coordinate with dietary services and other departments.
• Assist with inventory management and training of new staff.
