Job summary
ManpowerGroup is seeking a Site Installation Engineer to join a national installation team delivering diagnostic and laboratory automation systems across the United States. This home-based role requires 80-100% travel, including overnight trips, while you install, configure, and troubleshoot complex equipment at customer sites.
You will coordinate with project teams, manage parts, connect hospital networks to remote systems, and mentor field service staff, all while delivering high customer
Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical training in a related field.
- 2-3 years in installation, service, automation, or field service.
- Experience with diagnostic equipment like Atellica or similar is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Install and commission diagnostic and automation systems at customer sites.
- Perform startup, calibration, ATP, and precision testing.
- Troubleshoot issues and support break/fix activities during installations.
- Coordinate with PM, vendors, and factory support to stay on schedule.
- Order and track replacement parts for damaged or missing components.
- Document installation activities using provided tools and processes.
