Qualifications

• Associate's degree in related field or equivalent.
• 1+ years of work experience in a related job discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Microsoft applications and Operating Systems across the organization.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Configure and support device setup, drivers, and connectivity.
• Maintain and update incident management entries in the ticketing system.
• Provide deskside support for Windows-based environments and mobile devices.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and communicate effectively with clinicians, staff, and leadership.
