Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline or equivalent.
• Must be able to work in a hospital setting with direct patient contact and support of clinical staff in operating rooms and inpatient locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level technical support for clinical applications.
• Assist in small to medium projects and track deliverables.
• Troubleshoot printers and device connectivity in clinical settings.
• Evaluate and propose new technology and tools.
• Deliver outstanding end-user support with adherence to service levels.
