Job summary

MedSpeed is seeking a Logistics Service Representative/Medical Driver in Silver Spring. You will drive a company vehicle to transport medical specimens and materials, using a handheld scanner to track items and maintain safety standards.

Scheduling is Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM, with long-distance routes in the DMV area. The role requires a valid driver's license for 3+ years, a clean driving history, and compliance with vaccination requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years or older.
• Active driver’s license for 3 years required.
• Must pass drug and alcohol screening.
• COVID vaccination may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicle to transport lab specimens, records, and materials.
• Accurately track items with a handheld scanner.
• Observe policies and schedules and present a professional image.
• Load/unload vehicles and perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Demonstrate safe driving and teamwork on varied routes.
