Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 19+ with an active driver's license for 3 years.
• Demonstrated dependability and reliability.
• Familiarity with technology and devices used in transport.
• Ability to follow procedures closely.
• Ability to determine efficient routing between multiple points.
• Ability to pass initial and random drug and alcohol screens.
• COVID-19 vaccination depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving in a company-owned vehicle to transport lab specimens, records, and supplies.
• Operate a hand-held scanner to track items through the transportation cycle.
• Observe policies, procedures and service schedules.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public.
• Load and unload vehicles with appropriate equipment.
• Demonstrate safe and courteous driving behavior.
• Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain clean vehicles.
• Perform route duties across all assigned routes and adapt as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates and clients to foster a MedSpeed team culture.
