Job summary

Strata Decision Technology, LLC is seeking a Software Implementation Senior Consultant on the Planning & Performance Management team to partner with financial leaders at major health systems to configure and implement our Capital Planning, Operational Budgeting, and Performance Management cloud solutions.

You will implement StrataJazz planning and performance management solutions across the U.S., configure user requirements, validate functionality, develop financial models, build reports,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-time ERP/Finance implementation or consulting experience.
• Strong financial modeling, financial statement analysis and reporting skills.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs and IF statements.
• Experience with SQL or relational databases.
• Willingness to travel within the US up to 20–35%.
• Healthcare industry experience or software implementation background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement StrataJazz planning and performance management solutions for healthcare customers across the U.S.
• Configure user requirements, validate functionality, build financial models and reports.
• Define business and technical requirements and advise on best practices.
• Lead virtual and onsite customer training to ensure users understand features.
• Communicate issues and risks with project managers and mitigate actions.
• Contribute to operational improvements and growth initiatives for scalable service.
• Work in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software and interconnections.
