AltaMed is seeking a Data Specialist who will collect, analyze, and report data related to PACE participants and reimbursement processes. You will interact with CMS and DHCS to submit required data and resolve complex data issues to protect AltaMed's financial performance.

This role requires data-driven decision making, collaboration with multiple teams, and adherence to evolving state and federal regulations affecting PACE operations.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with CMS, DHCS or similar in healthcare.
• Experience using Microsoft Access and Excel.
• Bilingual Spanish/Chinese is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, analyze, and report data on CMS/DHCS-related processes.
• Present data-driven conclusions to inform operations and leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure data integrity.
• Maintain awareness of state and federal regulations impacting PACE.
• Support revenue flow through accurate data submission and problem solving.
