The role requires interpreting data to identify service metrics, presenting insights to Senior Leadership, and ensuring compliance with state/federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Data collection, analysis, and reporting for PACE participants.
• Collaboration with CMS and DHCS for data submission and issue mitigation.
• Ability to interpret data to guide management decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and report data related to CMS, DHCS, and AltaMed PACE operations.
• Present business conclusions based on data analysis to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements.
