AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a Data Specialist to collect, analyze, and report data for PACE participants, ensuring accurate submissions to CMS and DHCS.

The role focuses on revenue flow, data integrity, and performance metrics critical to AltaMed’s operations. The position requires experience with CMS/DHCS data, strong Excel and Access skills, and the ability to communicate data-driven conclusions to Senior Leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience with CMS, DHCS or similar health-care data systems.
• Proficient in Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• Experience with Access for data collection and queries.
• Bilingual ability in Spanish and Chinese preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collect, analyze, and report data for PACE participants and programs.
• Interact with CMS and DHCS to submit required data and resolve issues.
• Identify key service metrics and present data-driven conclusions to leadership.
• Ensure data integrity and alignment with regulations impacting PACE organizations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to consolidate reports.
