Job summary

MedPro Systems is seeking a Product Specialist to act as a pre‑sales consultant, shaping decisions around products, data services, APIs, and integrations. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Implementation to drive discovery, solution definition, and proposal support.

The role emphasizes translating business needs into practical solutions, delivering product demonstrations, and supporting RFP/RFI responses while enabling a smooth handoff to implementation and ongoing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; coursework in business, technology, data, analytics, healthcare, life sciences, or related field preferred.
Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles, customer demos, technical discovery, proposals, RFPs/RFIs, or solution design preferred.
Experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or enterprise software is a plus.
Prior experience with APIs, data integrations, CRM systems, databases, or technical implementation teams is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Support prospect and customer opportunities from discovery through solution recommendation and implementation handoff.
Lead or support technical discovery sessions aligning goals, data requirements, and integration needs with MedPro’s products.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations and explain data flows, matching logic, and API usage to non-technical audiences.
Assist with RFP/RFI responses and coordinate input from Product, Development, Security, Legal, and Customer Success teams.
Translate customer requirements into practical solutions and document goals, scope, risks, and decisions.
