Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years in data science and ML with progressive responsibility.
• Expert experience in SQL and Python.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data (tabular, text, images, video).
• Experience with SQL relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Apache Spark).
• Experience with data visualization and data monitoring tools.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, GitHub Actions, Docker).
• Experience with cloud deployments in GCP or another cloud platform.
• Experience with Agile development methods and tools (Azure DevOps).
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Strong leadership with mentoring of multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to tell a data-driven story to drive action.
• Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced environments with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Lead, research, strategize, design, implement, and evangelize Data Science products.
• Establish tooling and processes for maintainable code and CI/CD.
• Provide technical code reviews and ensure interpretability and KPI tracking.
• Manage, mentor, and coordinate data scientists, product managers, analysts, and vendors.
• Participate in developing the companys data science strategy and roadmap.
• Stay up-to-date with healthcare trends and AI technologies.
• Communicate goals and priorities to stakeholders with end-user focus.
