Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a product leader to define and drive the product’s vision and execution plan. You will participate in sprint/milestone reviews with the Delivery team and lead large cross-functional meetings to align stakeholders.

The role requires 3 years of product experience, knowledge of the software lifecycle, and experience with clinical data standards. You will own the backlog and prioritize initiatives across the designated portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in science, technology, mathematics or related field OR equivalent experience as determined by the company
• 3 years of Product experience
• 3 years with the Software Lifecycle
• 1 year of Advanced domain experience
• 1+ year experience with EHR clinical data (preferred)
• HIPAA/PHI handling knowledge (preferred)
• Understanding of clinical data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED, LOINC) (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Understand the department's and the company's strategic roadmap and develops a holistic product vision and the corresponding product strategy to drive maximum value.
• Represent the product in governance meetings.
• Own the product backlog and prioritize based on input from internal and partner teams.
• Identify and drive cross-product and cross-customer value and shared learnings.
• Lead and facilitate large cross-functional meetings and data discovery to identify valuable clinical data assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
