Job summary

CTG is seeking a Sr. Project Manager - Healthcare Data Integration for a part-time, 3-month assignment in Anchorage, AK (hybrid remote).

The role focuses on coordinating a healthcare data-sharing initiative, aligning stakeholders, and driving interoperability with HIE partners and existing IT systems. The candidate will lead planning, governance, and vendor coordination while ensuring HIPAA compliance and data governance requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading complex IT implementation projects.
• Healthcare, public sector, human services, or regulated industry experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with healthcare data sharing, interoperability, or information exchange initiatives.
• Understanding of HIPAA requirements and data governance principles.
• Experience with vendor management, contracts, RFPs, and SOW development.
• Strong communication, change management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and project closeout activities.
• Facilitate technical implementation efforts supporting interoperable client records and shared systems.
• Establish governance structures, workgroups, and communication plans.
• Coordinate pilot project launches and evaluation activities.
• Support data governance discussions and compliance requirements.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement activities.
• Support organizational change management and user adoption efforts.
