Qualifications

  • 8+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience leading complex IT implementation projects.
  • Healthcare, public sector, human services, or regulated industry experience preferred.
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data sharing, interoperability, or information exchange initiatives.
  • Understanding of HIPAA requirements and data governance principles.
  • Experience with vendor management, contracts, RFPs, and SOW development.
  • Strong communication, change management, and organizational skills.

CTG is seeking to fill a Sr. Project Manager - Healthcare Data Integration (P/T)position for our client.

Location: Anchorage, AK (hybrid remote)

Duration: 3 months

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a healthcare data-sharing initiative focused on implementing interoperable client records, shared tools, and integration with existing IT systems. This role will serve as the primary liaison between participating stakeholders and a Health Information Exchange (HIE) partner organization, facilitating technical implementation activities, data governance requirements, pilot projects, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Qualifications
