The role emphasizes leading the lifecycle from concept to delivery, coordinating resources, and ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

You will manage stakeholder communications, mitigate risks, and maintain quality standards while balancing multiple priorities in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: PMP certification.
• Experience in healthcare or health insurance industry.
• Experience using various project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans with detailed schedules, resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessments.
• Scope Management: Define and manage project scope and changes to align with business objectives.
• Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources to optimize performance and meet deadlines.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate progress and manage expectations with key stakeholders.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; maintain RAID log.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare status reports and maintain project artifacts and approvals.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and motivate project teams for productive collaboration.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality controls to meet defined standards.
• Other duties as assigned or requested: Support additional project needs as they arise.
