Job summary

Dynamed Solutions, LLC is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional pods and coordinate technical projects within our healthcare IT initiatives. The TPM will drive agile delivery, onboarding, and service delivery across CSS IT teams, ensuring clear communication and timely outcomes.

The role emphasizes proactive leadership, release management, data integration, and continuous improvement in a dynamic healthcare technology environment. Hybrid/remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification (a plus).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a healthcare or technology environment, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technical work within cross-functional pods to meet project goals and customer needs.
• Oversee release management, planning, execution, and post-release monitoring for smooth deployments.
