Qualifications

• Experience leading technical program management across data engineering streams.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and software delivery processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clear blockers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 3–5 concurrent Data Engineering projects/workstreams.
• Drive project planning, timelines, dependencies, risks, blockers, and execution.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, Scrum meetings, and delivery tracking.
• Ensure user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and project artifacts are defined and maintained.
• Build and maintain Jira dashboards, timelines, project plans, and status reporting.
• Identify process gaps and help establish governance, SLAs, and operating guidelines.
• Partner with Engineering Leads, Architects, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to drive decisions and remove blockers.
• Provide clear project updates to both technical and business stakeholders.
