Piper Companies is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead healthcare technology and data integration projects. You will work with technical teams and stakeholders from requirements gathering through sprint delivery and completion.

The ideal candidate has a background in Business Analysis or Technical Project Management, healthcare experience, and hands-on HL7 knowledge. This role is fully remote and flexible for candidates on the East Coast / near Columbia, MD.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Project Management, or Business Systems Analysis.
• Hands-on experience with HL7.
• Healthcare technology or healthcare data experience.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Jira.
• Strong stakeholder communication and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage projects from requirements through completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technical projects across cross-functional teams.

• Manage Jira tickets and project status throughout the Agile/Scrum lifecycle.
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

This role will work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to manage projects from requirements gathering through sprint delivery and completion.
