Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Technology Integration Project Manager to lead IT infrastructure integration during the build of a new healthcare facility. You will bridge IT and construction teams, ensuring low-voltage systems and data networks are installed per design.

The role requires 5+ years in related PM/construction roles, with experience in structured cabling, Procore, and coordinating diverse stakeholders onsite. Travel and hospital environment familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project coordination, construction or PM roles supporting IT infrastructure projects.
• Experience with low-voltage, structured cabling and IT infrastructure in construction.
• Familiarity with blueprints, RFIs and submittals.
• Knowledge of BICSI standards and best practices.
• Procore, Bluebeam, and Smartsheet experience; coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication and onsite coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between IT and construction teams.
• Review Procore RFIs, submittals, and drawings that affect technology infra.
• Coordinate installation of structured cabling and data infrastructure.
• Perform QA/QC inspections and resolve field issues.
• Track milestones and readiness for occupancy/go-live.
• Facilitate communication across architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
