Job summary

Inovalon is seeking an Implementation Engineer to join our client-centric healthcare technology team. The role focuses on onboarding and integrating new clients onto Inovalon's platform, requires technical curiosity, and involves participating in on-call rotations for after-hours conversions.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience on technical projects, proficiency with SQL, APIs, and data conversion, and strong communication skills to translate complex concepts for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of technical project experience.
• Experience with SQL and data integration.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with customers and end users during onboarding and conversion.
• Analyze data issues, document root causes, and troubleshoot during conversions.
• Build and configure systems per design specifications and validate configurations.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours conversion events.
• Collaborate across implementation lifecycle from go-live to optimization.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all data handling.
