Datavant in the United States seeks a Customer Insights Analyst to transform customer and operations data into clear insights for the Payer Retrieval business. You will collect, analyze, and visualize data, build dashboards, and partner with Customer Success and Operations to drive improvements.

You’ll develop presentations, validate data accuracy, and collaborate cross-functionally to answer business questions and monitor performance. Strong SQL, Sigma, and BI skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, customer insights, data analytics, or related roles.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools, including Sigma Computing.
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge; familiarity with Snowflake.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets; able to present findings to mixed audiences.
• Curious, fast learner with ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Collect, clean, and analyze customer and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain Sigma dashboards, reports, and performance summaries.
