The Customer Insights Analyst role transforms customer and operational data into clear insights, partnering with Customer Success, Operations, and cross-functional teams to develop dashboards and respond to business questions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, customer insights, data analytics, operations analytics, or a related role.
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools including Sigma Computing.
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge; familiarity with Snowflake.
• Proficient Excel and Google Sheets; strong communication skills.
• Experience building reports in Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze customer and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop Sigma dashboards, recurring reports, and performance summaries for key metrics.
• Use SQL to retrieve, combine, and analyze data for reporting and decision-making.
• Monitor KPIs and translate findings into actionable insights for teams and leaders.
• Create presentations and visual stories communicating complex findings clearly.
