Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is seeking an Analytics Specialist to support data reporting, mining, and analysis across a 22-county region. You will collaborate with clinicians to design and maintain Epic data reporting tools, dashboards, and extracts, using SQL and related technologies to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s in IT or related field, 2 years of experience, and familiarity with Epic Cogito reporting modules.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; Epic certification preferred.
Two years of related professional experience; strong communication and analytical skills.
Experience with Epic Cogito reporting modules and SQL-based data extraction is preferred.

Responsibilities

Participates in planning, coordination, and maintenance of data reporting and analysis projects.
Collaborates with clinicians and end users to design, build, implement, document, evaluate, and maintain Epic data reporting tools.
Utilizes SQL and other tools to build dashboards, reports, prompts, alerts, screens, and data extracts.
Analyzes business problems and recommends data-driven solutions to improve outcomes, cost, and efficiency.
