mPulse is seeking a Data Engineer II to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines supporting analytics, product, and AI/ML initiatives. The role will handle high-volume healthcare data and collaborate across Data Operations, Product, Analytics, and Data Science teams to ensure reliable, performant data systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong SQL, Python, dbt, and Airflow experience, plus a solid foundation in data warehousing and healthcare data challenges.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional experience in data engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex datasets.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for ingestion, transformation, and delivery of health data.
• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for data transformation and performance.
• Develop and manage workflow orchestration using Apache Airflow, including DAG creation and monitoring.
• Enhance and scale data platform capabilities to support analytics, product features, and AI/ML use cases.
• Build and maintain data quality frameworks with profiling, validation, and testing processes.
• Monitor and optimize pipeline performance and reliability in production.
• Analyze complex data issues, identify root causes, and implement scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Partner with clinical and analytics teams to operationalize data-driven insights.
• Contribute to documentation of data pipelines, data models, and engineering processes.
