Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering.
• 3+ years in Data Engineering or related role.
• Strong Databricks and Spark experience.
• Advanced SQL performance tuning skills.
• Experience with SQL Server, SSIS, and PL/SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines using Databricks and SQL.
• Ingest, transform, and integrate data across healthcare systems.
• Develop data warehouses, marts, and analytical models.
• Create complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, functions.
• Develop SSIS packages and data integration workflows.
• Use Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake for large datasets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for effective data solutions.
• Monitor data quality and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Support HIPAA compliance, governance, and security.
• Maintain technical documentation and data mappings.
