Aston Carter is seeking a HCM Support Representative to join our HealthCare Management team in Overland Park, KS. The role focuses on administrative and processing support, including pre-notifications, eligibility checks, and documentation accuracy.

The position emphasizes a transactional, detail-oriented environment with collaboration across internal teams and providers. It is a contract-to-hire role based in a fully onsite office.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of medical terminology required.
• Experience handling medical or healthcare information preferred.
• Able to work in a transactional, process-driven environment.
• Proficient in documentation and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain pre-notification records within internal systems, ensuring data is accurate and complete.
• Verify member eligibility, benefit coverage, and provider information as part of pre-notification.
• Review healthcare-related information using medical terminology and department procedures.
• Maintain documentation for pre-notifications, reviews, and HealthCare Management events.
• Route information to nurse case management resources for clinical review when needed.
• Enter and organize data within department systems, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Assist with reinsurer and carrier case management reports.
