Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain client, claim, and account information across internal systems.
• Process service requests received by email, fax, and phone in a timely manner.
• Research and respond to billing, account, and service inquiries with clear documentation.
• Provide updates on claim status and related questions.
• Review requests for completeness and determine next steps.
• Document interactions and resolutions in contact management systems.
• Research information across applications and portals to resolve requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated inquiries.
• Own assigned requests and see them through to completion.
• Maintain knowledge of procedures, guidelines, and workflows.
• Meet accuracy, quality, and productivity expectations.
• Assist with additional administrative and client service tasks as needed.
