Altocare, operating Senior Helpers and MedTec Healthcare brands, seeks a Healthcare Data Coordinator in Dallas to support collection, verification, analysis, and reporting of data across the organization. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and collaboration with multiple teams.

The entry-level position focuses on data quality, trend identification, and presenting insights to leadership while adhering to HIPAA and Altocare privacy policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or in progress.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with data accuracy focus.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client interactions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and HIPAA/privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Verify and obtain information to complete client records.
• Collect, validate, and consolidate operational and outcomes data.
• Review data for accuracy and align records across systems.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare summaries and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Utilize Excel and other Office tools to analyze data.
• Use AI-assisted tools while ensuring PHI privacy and accuracy.
• Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines with supervision awareness.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and Altocare privacy policies.
• Support additional data, reporting, or operational projects as needed.
