Job summary

Jobtailor in Des Moines, IA seeks a data analytics professional to support clinical, operational, and financial performance improvements. You will build dashboards and automated analytics using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, and Python, while ensuring data quality and standards across Epic Clarity and other enterprise systems.

You will partner with leaders to translate business requirements into actionable insights, handle large healthcare datasets, and deliver scalable reporting solutions

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic Clarity or Epic EHR systems.
• Strong background in healthcare finance, decision support, revenue cycle, or related data.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques.
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets and present insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Capture, analyze, and validate data to support performance improvement.
• Develop dashboards, reports, visualizations, and automated analytics using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, and Python.
• Support enterprise data and reporting systems through data extraction, transformation, modeling, validation, and query development.
• Ensure adherence to established data standards.
• Work with large healthcare datasets including Epic EHR and Epic Clarity.
• Deliver actionable insights and scalable reporting solutions.
• Partner with operational, financial, and clinical leaders to translate requirements into insights.
