Job summary

Provider Partners Health Plan is seeking a Data Analyst/BI Analyst to design and deliver robust reports and dashboards using Power BI, SQL, and healthcare data standards. You will model data, optimize queries, and implement secure data solutions with JSON and FHIR integrations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work with business users and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or related role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, joints, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, stored procedures, and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, relationships, star-schema design, DAX, and report development.
• Experience with JSON, FHIR APIs and healthcare data standards.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL/ELT concepts; data quality and integration.
