ADP, Inc. in Naperville, IL seeks a Regular Full-Time Data Analyst to design, develop, and maintain data extraction pipelines using SQL and to create BI outputs with Tableau for healthcare datasets and internal requests.

You will gather and analyze data, validate results, and contribute to data governance and reporting initiatives while collaborating with teams and managing multiple projects. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Four years’ experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• At least two years’ analyst experience with organizing, analyzing, and disseminating significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in data management including extraction, transformation, loading, validation/testing, and structuring of data preferred.
• Knowledge of hospitals and healthcare data including patient-level claims with ICD-10 and CPT preferred.
• Proficiency with SQL; Tableau preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; minimal travel.

Responsabilités

• Design, construct, test, and maintain data warehouse and ETL processes using SQL.
• Gather and analyze healthcare data to identify trends for information requests and projects.
• Design, develop, and test BI outputs (visualizations) using Tableau and Excel to support policy, advocacy, and quality initiatives.
• Test and validate data to support decision-making processes.
• Manage a variety of information systems and large data files; transform raw data into finished products.
• Monitor for timely and accurate completion of datasets.
• Participate in strategic data management and reporting initiatives.
• Identify issues and opportunities to improve data systems and governance.
