Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a Healthcare Data Engineer III to act as a technical architect for data strategy within the MCP network. You will design data pipelines, build executive dashboards, and translate complex data into actionable business insights using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 8-10 years in healthcare analytics or related field.
Epic experience preferred for reporting.

Responsibilities

Architect data estates and ensure secure, scalable data models.
Design predictive models and statistical forecasts for operational insights.
Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports using DAX and Power BI.
Develop robust data pipelines and leverage Azure tools for scalable solutions.
Collaborate with finance and operations to validate data integrity and drive performance improvements.
Partner with leadership on growth opportunities and strategic data analysis.
