Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Healthcare Data And Analytics Specialist to join our team. You will work with top clients in two models: team augmentation and design & build, integrating into client teams or delivering product-ready solutions.

Required: 5+ years in software engineering or data analytics, advanced English, and a four-year degree. Deep healthcare data experience, SQL proficiency, and knowledge of HIPAA. Remote, 100% work from home with opportunities to work with startups and Fortune 500s.

Qualifications

Advanced English required and demonstrated experience in data analysis or software engineering.
Four-year college degree required.
Deep experience with healthcare data (claims, eligibility, enrollment, payer/TPA/PBM).
Proficient in SQL to join datasets, investigate discrepancies, and build analytical logic.
Experience with healthcare data validation, data quality monitoring, and data operations workflows.
Understanding of healthcare claims structures, terminology, and financial metrics.
Experience creating recurring analytical reporting and data dictionaries for clients or executives.
Ability to investigate data issues and trace discrepancies across data ecosystems.
Comfort with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and data transmission formats (SFTP, flat files, or APIs).
Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI compliance and healthcare data security controls.
Ability to own and deliver work with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Experience with CI/CD and delivering reliable applications.
