Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Science, Information Management, Healthcare Information, Statistics, Business or closely related field.
• Experience: 3 years Data management/analyst experience.

Responsibilities

• Abstracts data, reconciles data inconsistencies and performs analysis.
• Creates data reports from existing databases based on needs analysis leadership and/or clinicians/researchers.
• Submits documents to federal/state agencies and other organizations as required by law and contracts.
• Monitors data from department information services and creates useful downloads for division directors.
• Designs and creates merged data files and warehouse data sets for reporting.
• Partners with senior leadership to design complex analyses and report creation, including trends and implications for improvement.
• May provide education/training on data interpretation and statistical analysis.
