You will guide operational decisions and mentor analysts while advancing analytics capabilities and data governance across the organization.

The role involves leading complex analytics projects, developing dashboards, and translating data into actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Computer Science, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Informatics, Nursing, Statistics or Data Science.
• 6 years of data analysis experience in healthcare settings with 3 years supporting hospital/operational initiatives.
• Demonstrated proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL Server, SAS, Python, R).
• Experience extracting and analyzing data using standard data management practices and leading analytics projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior analytics partner to hospital directors and leaders by delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.
• Lead complex analytics projects and develop innovative reporting solutions for leadership and stakeholders.
• Design and validate metrics, dashboards, and data models to support operational and clinical initiatives.
• Mentor analysts and promote data governance, data definitions, and best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate findings into actionable recommendations for performance improvements.
