Job summary

Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago is seeking a Project Manager to oversee complex analytics and data governance initiatives across multiple departments.

You will coordinate with executive sponsors, frontline staff, and vendors to keep projects on track and aligned with DAR, IM, Center for Excellence, and Enterprise PMO goals. The role requires the ability to foresee the project as a whole, manage budgets, and apply Agile/Scrum where appropriate to deliver sustainable analytic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare administration, nursing, social sciences, or related analytics field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• PMI or Agile & Scrum certification preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience managing complex hospital-based projects in quality improvement, financial management, or other core hospital operations.
• Experience with analytics, reporting, and data governance in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and coordination for analytics, reporting, data governance, and data development projects.
• Develop and manage analytic project plans to mitigate risks and achieve outcomes.
• Manage resources, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
• Lead quality control reviews to ensure conformance with standards and accreditation.
• Communicate progress to leaders and stakeholders and manage multi-disciplinary teams.
