Job summary

Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago is seeking a Project Manager to lead analytics, reporting, and data governance initiatives across multiple teams.

You will coordinate stakeholders, manage budgets, and guide projects from scoping to implementation with a focus on sustainable outcomes. The role requires strong communication, a track record in healthcare project management, and proficiency with BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, healthcare administration, nursing, social sciences, or related analytics field. Master’s preferred.
• PMI or Agile & Scrum certification preferred.
• At least 3 years of demonstrated experience working with complex projects in a hospital environment.
• Experience in project management of technical system implementations, ERP and/or EHR projects preferred.
• Knowledge of analytic and reporting solutions such as Power BI, SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar software preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight and coordination for projects related to analytics, reporting, data governance, and data development including project management activities.
• Develops and manages plans for analytic and reporting projects to mitigate risks and achieve outcomes.
• Manages project milestones, schedules, budgets and risk mitigation plans.
• Leads the quality control review for deliverables across project phases.
• Coordinates and manages defined projects as requested.
• Builds and maintains a strong partnership with the hospital community.
• Ensures compliance with data governance practices and IRB restrictions.
