Job summary

Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago is seeking an experienced data and financial analyst to support strategic initiatives and management decisions.

The role develops business plans, market information, and quarterly division performance reporting. You will provide data support for planning and financial modeling, create demographic maps, and collaborate with stakeholders across the hospital to deliver timely insights using Excel and emerging BI tools such as Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; MBA or MHA preferred.
• Minimum of two years in health care planning/marketing, hospital finance, or health care consulting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Epic SlicerDicer, Strata and Workday.

Responsibilities

• Provides data support for business planning and management requests.
• Provides financial analysis, including pro forma projections and financial modeling.
• Provides service area information, including demographic information, forecasting, and provider information.
• Prepares maps to demonstrate demographic data.
• Prepares quarterly reporting on Division performance.
• Other job functions as assigned.
