Job summary

Oxbridge Health, Inc. in Norwalk, CT is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to support episode pricing and analytics operations.

You will lead a team of data analysts, develop reports and visualizations, and partner with stakeholders across the organization to translate data into actionable business insights. The role requires guiding analysts, building data pipelines, and applying statistical methods to identify trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, economics, or computer science.
• 5+ years of experience using Python and related libraries (pandas/numpy) for data analysis.
• Experience guiding data analysts through problem solving and team output.
• Experience working with large administrative datasets, preferably healthcare claims data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large amounts of healthcare data from multiple sources to support business decision making.
• Perform exploratory data analyses and evaluate data quality and usability.
• Translate business requirements into models and technical specifications.
• Set up data pipelines with QA and robust data processing and exception handling.
• Review/Maintain codebase using Git and other version control tools.
• Develop data reports and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide insights for decisions.
• Monitor data quality and recommend data cleansing and improvement.
• Identify areas for process improvement and data flow optimization.
• Use statistical methods to identify trends and patterns.
